Famous little green peppers from Galicia. Some are hot and some are not! (v)
Sweet piquillo peppers that everyone devours, with pureed walnut and soft cheese filling.
Queso de Cabra
Baked goat’s cheese, caramelised onion and redcurrant. Amazing with a little bread.
